Two Storey, Ascot

A beautiful two storey rear extension on a period property in Ascot. The added complexity of this project was that the cottage was down a very footpath with no vehicular access. All the materials and supplies had to be moved by hand from the residential lane over 400m away. No machine access was possible so it truly was a very hands on job that didn't phase our team in the slightest.

Opening up the back of the property to create a new spacious living area for this lovely family so they could enjoy their beautifully secluded garden with easy access through the bifold doors. The doors lead to a raised patio seating area with glass surround. A new kitchen inside completed the internal modernisation, whilst sympathetically retaining the character of this period cottage.
