Full house renovation - Old Basing

A full house renovation was undertaken of this 3 storey period property with a thatched roof that was entwined in listed building constraints. A sympathetic renovation was required to ensure that the property stayed true to its heritage yet provided living accommodation that would meet modern day standards. Existing walls were taken down with the upmost care to ensure the roots of this centuries old home were not disturbed, and new partitions created to make the maximum use of the available space. Re-works to the kitchen created a beautiful new heart to the home for this discerning home owner.
