Double Extension, Fleet
The Tavistock area of Fleet, Hampshire is typical of the extended commuter belt, wide leafy roads, wide plots and family-friendly homes. As it is very popular, houses rarely stay on sale here for long. This project brief was to take the 4-bed house from the 1980s (see the before photos) into the 21st century by adding a double side extension.
By replacing a single storey side extension from around 1980 with a double storey extension, and opening out the interior rooms we have created an open plan, stylish and practical family home.
Partition doors allow rooms to be closed off or left open for the all important flow. Upstairs a guest bedroom and ensuite were added and the Master bedroom improved. Inside and out to a super high quality!
Finished with a landscaped front and rear garden with integral lighting. See the before, during and after photos.
