Extension with balcony roof terrace - Fleet
It was a pleasure to create this stunningly unique home gym and office extension on the ground floor with the addition of a secluded balcony roof terrace ready for a hot tub to be installed to enjoy the private views of the garden.
The brief was for the extension to blend with the outside to bring the garden to the inside, and this was created by the wrap around bifold doors covering two elevations of the new extension. The newly created spaces are both bright, modern and highly functional and the later design modification to remove the internal corridor, maximises the available space in both rooms. Designer radiators compliment the look, along with floor electrical sockets to facilitate the office functioning from the central desk island.
The addition of bifold doors opening on to the roof terrace from the master bedroom suite compliments the look of the ground floor extension, whilst providing a flood of light to the bedroom, yet maintaining the privacy due to the high level glass balustrading.
