Full house renovation (Phase 1) - Fleet

This is a beautiful phased project that will see us on site for well over a year. The first phase whilst waiting for planning approval to be granted on the exterior extension, was a full house interior renovation plus an exterior re-vamp including a new roof, windows, doors and replacement dormers. All electrics have had to be upgraded

The brief was to retain as many original features of the property as possible whilst making it suitable for modern day living. A full re-plaster of the interior was required, along with renewing the insulation. Stud walls were added to create space for en-suites and to increase the storage spaces.
