Kitchen Extension Winchfield, Hampshire
Working on a large family home kitchen extension in proximity to the Basingstoke Canal in Winchfield, alongside a well trusted local architect.
In addition to the planned extension, the clients wanted electric underfloor heating through the new and existing kitchen areas. After meeting with the client on site, we advised that wet underfloor heating would be much more environmentally friendly and cost effective. By looking at the retro fit wet underfloor heating solutions on the market, we were able to source and install a retrofit product in the existing kitchen and to the extended area. As shown in the photographs, this incorporated a new utility, boot room and enlarged kitchen.
Having been impressed with our internal works, the client then instructed us to undertake some exterior landscaping. The design brief was for a large sun patio and family BBQ area adjacent to the new extension.
